About Us
B3 Studios, based in Wolverhampton, West Midlands, is a web design and development studio founded in 2011 by Sam Tiffin and Kristy Walters, two web developers with almost 15 years of combined development experience. Our aim is to provide a great quality, friendly and professional service. If our clients are happy, then so are we!
We love to design amazing looking websites, but, being nerds at heart, web development is really our forté. It's important to us to stay as up to date as possible with the latest development tools and techniques.
For our front-end development roles we work hard to ensure that our code is written in standards compliant HTML5, using CSS3 techniques to ensure things look great, and load fast, for as many users as possible. We also use jQuery where appropriate to add the dynamic functionality that people have come to expect from modern web applications.
We have extensive back-end development experience, in particular using PHP5 & MySQL to create bespoke solutions to fit our clients needs as closely as possible. We have used various PHP frameworks and content management solutions over the years and have enough general knowledge in PHP development that we are quickly able to jump straight in and get to work on code that we're not familiar with.

Sam Tiffin
Sam has over 8 years of development experience spread over a wide range of subjects. He mostly codes using PHP, MySQL and Javascript, but dabbles with Python (as well as others) and takes care of all the server admin. In his spare time he's an avid reader, as well as being a regular gym goer and gamer. Sam also loves cooking and can often be found in the kitchen. Although his favourite part is usually the eating, hence the regular gym visits.
Kristy Walters
Kristy has around 6 years of experience, working both as a developer and a project manager. She also uses PHP, MySQL and Javascript and is a HTML/CSS pro. Kristy's extra-curricular activities mainly include music, TV and buying more shoes than any reasonable person would ever need. She's also the biggest Buffy fan you're ever likely to meet.
